At AnaajPur we take strict QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE measures to make sure that you receive BEST quality. To best enjoy our products, you are required to follow certain pre-use and storage instructions mentioned in our AnaajPur CARE Manual. We have limited REFUND & EXCHANGE policy. You are requested to please read the following policy before making a purchase from www.anaajpur.com
Refund & Exchange Terms & Conditions:
Refund & Exchange for the Purchases made from www.anaajpur.com is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Return & Exchange is possible only within 07 days of order placement (For Inland Orders Only).
- No Return & Exchange is possible for International Orders.
- In case of a Return & Exchange claim, product must be in original AnaajPur packaging.
- For Return & Exchange customer has to provide original Purchase Invoice.
- Return & Exchange will be made if the product is received by us in the same condition as delivered.
- Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for Refund or Exchange of ordered goods. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Cash refund will be made only through Bank Transfer or in Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash Account. Otherwise; Refund will be made only in terms of Store Credit, which can be used for the next purchase.
- Free of Cost Exchange will be made if wrong products are dispatched from AnaajPur.
- Return & Exchange is possible if a wrong order is placed from customer’s side, however; TWO WAY Shipping cost will be paid from customer.
Refund & Exchange Process:
Once your returned items are received, Team AnaajPur will inspect and immediately notify you on the status of your complaint. If your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank/ Easy Paisa/ Jazz Cash Account (Provided by customer). You will receive the credit within 07 days of claim approval. In case a customers do not provide any account details, a Store Credit will be issued for use on next purchase.
If you are not satisfied with any product, you have a right to complaint @ care@anaajpur.com and we will try to help you in all regards. However we do not take responsibility of Third parties product.
